World Book Day 2020

What a fantastic World Book Day we had this week! We started the week with an Assembly all about books, then we dressed up as our favourite book characters. Year 2 and Year 6 read with each other and the whole school read the book Tuesday by David Wiesner. We also took part in a paper plate book character competition. All of the entries were AMAZING! We chose eight winners who all received a book. We finished off the week with our ‘Share a Story’ Assembly where the children and some parents got to listen to a book read by one of the teachers. We love reading!
