White Laith Primary School is situated within Whinmoor in Leeds. Children and adults work together in an atmosphere of trust, respect and belonging. We aim to treat everyone with equal dignity and worth valuing their particular characteristics. The Staff and Governors are determined to make our school a place of excellence and the children
share that desire.
Today the children used the Beebot app on an iPad to practice writing lists of instruction to control an onscreen character. They understand a list of instruction a computer can understand is call a program.
It was quite challenging as the list soon gets more than ten instructions long. There was a lot idea sharing as the children collaborated to help each other build, test and refine their programs.
