Bringing our Judaism learning to life!

Danube really enjoyed learning more about Judaism and living as a Jew in Leeds. Mrs Fellerman visited class and shared with them stories, symbols and artifacts she uses in her house during Shabbat and other Jewish festivals. Danube enjoyed listening, asking questions and sharing matzos and Challah (a special braided bread) together. They also looked at a range of different kippot (Jewish prayer caps) that she had brought in and will use the ideas they gained to make their own in the next couple of weeks.
