We run our own Before and After Club (B4A) for our children (aged 3-11) in our own B4A building. The club is open in the morning 7.45am – 8.45am and after school 3.15pm – 6.00pm (5.15pm on Friday).
The club is vibrant and busy and because it is run by our own school staff children benefit from consistency in terms of routines and expectations and all the adults know our children well. Our children are safe and very well looked after.
We offer a wide variety of exciting and stimulating activities suitable for all ages. These include cooking, craft, outdoor activities including sports and gardening, board games – and that’s just for starters! These activities change termly and also include specific activities requested by the children.
We also make sure that if children decide to join in with school-led after school clubs and booster sessions they can join in and B4A staff will collect them when these clubs finish and will have their evening snack ready and waiting for them!.
The cost for your child attending B4A is as follows:
Before School Club
From 7.45am £5
From 8.00am £4
After School Club
Until 5.15pm £7
Until 6.00pm £9 (School Club closes at 5.15pm on Friday)
If you would like your child to attend B4A club just contact Ms Ashmore in the office, either in person, by phone 0113 2930280 or by email clare.ashmore@whitelaith.leeds.sch.uk and she will ensure your child is booked into the session. Ms Ashmore will also ensure that your child’s class teacher knows that your child will be attending B4A. Parents will be charged, via Parentpay, for the sessions used.
